TUESDAY 10TH NOVEMBER 2020 The Meet and Greet is to be held in the Bay Room on Level 3 Twin Towns Services Club. Registration and collection of name badges and Remembrance Ceremony luncheon tickets for those attending. The function itself is from 5pm to 7pm NSW time with the room available until 8pm. Dress Code: Smart Casual After the Meet and Greet feel free to partake of the facilities and dining options available within the club or at a host of other places around Coolangatta/Tweed Heads area. Cost will be $35 per person
WEDNESDAY 11TH NOVEMBER 2020 Remembrance Ceremony 11am NSW time at Chris Cunningham Park adjacent to Twin Towns. We have been invited to have lunch upstairs with the members and families of Tweed Heads Coolangatta RSL Sub Branch after the ceremony. It is usually held over several of the function rooms or the main auditorium depending upon numbers. Last year the cost was $25 per person.
We are hoping it will be the same this year but need to wait for confirmation
from the RSL. Please indicate on the Attendance form if you will be attending.
Actual cost and payment request will be advised when known, as I will be
required to pre purchase the tickets. THURSDAY 12TH NOVEMBER 2020 Our Reunion Dinner to be held in Visions Function Room in the Resort side of the complex. It is on the same level as the Reception area of Mantra Twin Towns Resort. Our night will commence at 6pm NSW time until 10.30pm with members being seated at 6.30pm for dinner at 7pm. Music will be provided by ‘RIVERSTONE DUO’ with music from our era. Dress Code: Men: Jacket and tie plus miniatures may be worn if desired. Cost $80 per person.

FRIDAY 13th NOVEMBER 2020 4.5 hour river and forest cruise to Tumbulgum Departure will be at 9.30am sharp. Morning tea will be provided while cruising to Tumbulgum where you can peruse the local craft stores, enjoy a coffee or a visit to the local hotel. On returning to the vessel enjoy a delicious surf and turf lunch while cruising back to Tweed Heads. The bar will be open for drinks at your own expense. Arrive back at 2pm. Cost is $66 per person if we have 40 people interested as this is a group price. Normally it is $78. ACCOMMODATION
